What Does This Mean?

When J.D. Power performs the APEAL Study, experts focus on owners’ emotional attachment to their vehicle. Customer excitement is a huge factor, which is decided based on 37 attributes. The study surveys each vehicle’s powertrain, infotainment system, driving comfort, and a variety of other features.
