Career Opportunities
When you work for Preston Automotive Group, you can choose between a Variable Operations and a Fixed Operations career path. Within the Variable Operations path, there are opportunities to become a Sales Assistant, Business Development Center (BDC) Representative, Sales and Leasing Consultant, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Used Car Manager, or General Manager and above. Suppose you are more interested in Fixed Operations. In that case, you will have opportunities to become a Lane Manager, Part-Time BDC Representative, Express Assistant Service Manager, Quick Lane (QL) Technician, Service Advisor, OE (Manufacturer) Certified Technician, Technician, Service Management, Technician Mentor, Team Leader, or Service Director and above. You can work with your management team to help you reach your personal and professional goals.
