What’s Included?
Nissan’s plan with this new customer care initiative is to encourage more vehicle owners to switch to electric vehicles. In order to secure peace of mind for each Nissan EV customer, Nissan EV Carefree+ includes the following offerings:
- EV Carefree+ Charging Assistance – Nissan has accessible public EVgo charging stations all across the country. Those who purchase or lease a Nissan ARIYA with EV Carefree+ now receive a year of free unlimited charging at any EVgo location. As for Nissan LEAF shoppers, you’ll take home a $100 charging credit with EVgo. Nissan even offers at-home charging through Wallbox.
- EV Carefree+ Maintenance – Each Nissan EV purchase now includes three years or 36,000 miles of included maintenance from Nissan technicians and a Tire Hazard Protection plan.
- EV Carefree+ Health Assurance – Your purchase of a new Nissan EV will include an 8-year/100,000-mile battery warranty, including comprehensive inspections with detailed inspection reports.
- EV Carefree+ Roadside Assistance – When you need a hand, rely on Nissan’s 24/7 Roadside Assistance for free for the first three years or 36,000 miles after your purchase. These services include towing to the nearest charging location or even your residence, if necessary.

Right now, the only two vehicles available with Nissan EV Carefree+ are the Nissan ARIYA and the Nissan LEAF.
